  • No, we are not in-network with any insurance providers at this time. If requested, we can generate a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance if you have access to Out-of-Network benefits. A superbill is defined as “a receipt of healthcare services,” which you can then give to your insurance company to reduce your out of pocket cost.

You will have to work with your insurance company directly to ensure reimbursement, and reimbursement rates vary between insurance carriers. Please consult your specific carrier for information on how much you will be reimbursed.

  • The quickest way to find out is to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask a representative if you have out-of-network benefits as part of your plan. Tell them you want to see a therapist who is out-of-network who can provide a superbill. If they say yes, ask how much you would be reimbursed per session utilizing these CPT codes.

The CPT codes insurance uses to reimburse you are as follows:

    Intake session - 90791

    50 min session - 90834

    60 min session - 90837

    90 min session - 90837 and 99354
